Daily Recipe: Banana Puff Puff

Today, I would like to introduce a wonderful dessert in African food-Banana Puff. It is a popular sweet African snack, similar to a doughnut. In Ghana it is called Bofrot, Kala in Liberia, Beignet in Togo/Rep of Benin, Mikate in Congo. What it is called reflects where you are from.
