• Key West , FL :Pier Bulkhead Repair: Repair of 200’ of steel sheet pile bulkhead, road improvement and replace small boat pier and pilings. $1.44 Millions
  

• Key West , FL: Partial Renovation of 3 story BLDG: Construction Manager for partial Renovation of 3 story, 39,000 SF building. Included all interior remodeling, HVAC, Roofing and installation of 100KW generator. Awarded for $1.89Millions. 
• Bayamon, PR: New 10,000 galfuel diesel tank: Completed design and supervised construction of a 10,000 Gal diesel tank ($277K).

• San Juan, PR: Demolition and replacement of new roof system of a 3 story 5500 SF Building ($800K).
  

• Mobile Alabama: Erection of three ( 3)  buildings:  Managed the erection of 3 new office and shop buildings: 2 metal frame, 1 block building plus a sewage lift station. Project exceeded 10,500 SF with a construction value of $2.3 Millions.

• Offshore Aids to Navigation: Construction manager for Offshore Aids to Navigation towers, Abatement, repair and replacement project at 8 different locations. Awarded for $2.8 Millions.

•  Puerto Rico, Air Station office renovation:  Renovation of interior spaces and reroofing of Communications Center hangar (lean to) Office BLDG including all new HVAC and re-roofing of 4,000 SF Hangar Building ($593K).

•  Puerto Rico, New 300’ well and mechanical systems: Supervised construction of 300’ deep well, aviation hangar sprinkler system with new all concrete 44,000  gallons water tank and pump building ($950K).
